The Kriemhild Windmill is a landmark attraction in Xanten. The fully working mill is a historic building which produces rich wholemeal, breads and pastries. It is situated on the former city wall and has had a varied past of different uses. Visitors today can enjoy the pleasant surroundings whilst sampling the food products and a drink. Inside they can see the workings of the mill in detail.
