The Gotisches Haus is a large country house in the middle of the Wörlitz Park. It is one of the earliest houses in the Neo Gothic style in Germany. It was built from 1773 and later extended several times. Visitors to the house today can see the collections of paintings from the 15th to 17th centuries, mainly from Switzerland, collected by the former owners. The stained glass windows in the building are also well worth seeing. The house is one of the main attractions in the park.
