Zwiesel in the Bavarian Forest is famous for its glassmaking. In the centre of town is the Galerie Kunst & Form, or the Glass Art Gallery. Here you can see some wonderful examples of glass work that has been made in the town. Each is highly decorated, and many come in unusual forms. The gallery is open normal hours most days of the week. You can also see glass being blown to this day in Zwiesel.
