Clock Museum
Poststr. 11, Wuppertal 42103 - Germany

Map
In the Elberfeld part of Wuppertal you will find the Clock Museum (Uhrenmuseum). This is a fantastic collection of clocks, watches and other time pieces. Over 2,000 are on display, and they vary in style and age – the oldest being from 5,000 years ago. Some very unusual items are included in the collection, including one with an elephant and Chinese court on top. It also includes the oldest watch to have been produced in Germany, and some water clocks from ancient Egpyt. There is a small entrance fee to the museum. Usually only open on weekends.
