The Thünen Museum in Tellow, Mecklenburg, is an open air museum dedicated to historical rural and village life. It is set around an old village which is now restored and operating as a museum, with its original buildings and small industries. It covers agricultural life, blacksmiths, home life, schooling and more. There is original equipment and machines on display, historic documents and many original furnishings. Staff are on hand to bring extra value and realism. There is an entrance fee to the museum.
