The Naturpark Schönbuch is located between Tübungen and Reutlingen in an area which was formerly the hunting grounds for the kings of Württemberg. The park is an ecological marvel, full of natural habitats, becks and sustained agriculture, despite the built-up surroundings. There’s also an abundance of wildlife, with a stock of deer. Visitors can take advantage of walking and bike trails, barbecue areas, and playgrounds. An information centre is located in a ruined 16th century monastery in the grounds, and gives all the information you need on the park.
