The Schliersbergalm is a mountain peak just outside the village and lake of Schliersee in southern Bavaria. A cable car can be taken from the village to the summit of the 1,061 metre mountain. From the top you can experience some of the best views in the area, which take in the lake, villages and surrounding valleys. There is a chute open in the summer for a much faster descent than the cable car offers! Tickets must be bought for the cable car.
