The Deutsches Werkzeugmuseum (German Tool Museum) in Remsheid is a unique museum in Germany. It covers a vast array of social and technical tools and equipment dating from the Stone Age to the 21st Century. The tools have been collected from across Germany and from a variety of uses, including hand tools, power tools, and larger machines. It also documents the development of tools, and shows a number of interiors and the importance of the Remscheid area in the German tool industry. There is an admission fee.
