The monumental Brückentor in Traben Trarbach is a former gateway into the town on the Trarbach side. It was built by Bruno Möhring, who was also responsible for a number of other structures in the town. The gateway dates from 1899, and has many art nouveau and decorated elements to it. It houses a restaurant today, and the road still runs underneath.
