The small Schatzkammer, opposite Minden Dom cathedral, is the treasure museum of the cathedral. It houses all of the important items collected by, and once used in the Dom over its 1000 year history. Most notable items include the bronze Minden Crucifix, and the gilded reliquary of St. Peter, from the 12th century. There are many other items such as chalices, robes, paintings and figures on display. The museum is open most days , with a small entry fee.
