The Museum of Man and Nature (Mensch und Natur in German) is located in the grounds of the Schloss Nymphenburg palace in Munich, alongside the Botanical Gardens. It explores all sorts of issues on the subject of man, and his place in the natural world. It also covers man’s role in shaping the natural world, biodiversity and many other issues on ecology. The museum operates with the younger generations in mind, having many weird and wonderful exhibits on display. Indeed, the museum is free to those under 18.
