Bad Arolsen’s Christian Daniel Rauch Museum is situated near the town’s Schloss palace. It exhibits a collection of art from the 19th century sculptor who was born in the town. He was a master of German classicism and many of his works are included here, as well as an exhibition on his life. The building is a fine Baroque house. There is an entrance fee to the museum, which is open year-round.
