Antoniterkirche is a small Gothic church close to the main shopping street of Cologne. It is a Protestant church with a peaceful atmosphere inside. It is a church of simple architecture, built from 1350-1380. Inside you will find Barlach’s Memorial Angel (sometimes known as Angel of Death) – a cast made from the plaster of the original, and the only one cast of his work still in existence. The original was destroyed by the Nazis.
